"Excellent customer service and fantastic teacher."

C Jason Brown, student from USA

There was a communication problem with the location of the school that had nothing to do with Language International and nothing to do this the school. The direction was mis-shown on MapQuest, and once got it figured out, Language International was 100% on top of it. That said, the teach I had 'Fernando' is the best teacher I've ever had. I've advance Spanish and have had many teachers.. but if you can get Fernando, your in good hands... Doesn't matter what level you are.. because he can explain complex topics from beginning to end, and for me he was perfect. You will not disappointed

Personalized Spanish Immersion in Antigua Guatemala Since 1978

Spanish Antigua is a Spanish language school located in the heart of Antigua Guatemala, directly across from the iconic La Merced Church. We specialize in personalized Spanish instruction, cultural immersion, and authentic connections that help students develop confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

Our educational roots date back to 1978, when we began welcoming international students to Antigua Guatemala through Spanish language and cultural immersion programs. Over the years, their educational vision contributed to the development and operation of several respected Spanish schools in Antigua, including Centro America Spanish School, Intercontinental Spanish School, and Alameda Spanish School.

Today, Spanish Antigua continues this tradition by offering individualized Spanish programs designed around each student's goals, interests, and learning style. Whether you are a traveler, professional, retiree, volunteer, university student, or family, our experienced teachers provide one-on-one instruction combined with real-world opportunities to practice Spanish in everyday life.

Students can enhance their experience through homestays with carefully selected local families, cultural activities, volunteer opportunities, and specialized programs such as Medical Spanish, Business Spanish, Spanish for Educators or prepare for DELE exam.

Located in one of the world's most recognized destinations for Spanish immersion, Spanish Antigua offers the perfect combination of language learning, cultural discovery, and personal growth.

Join a tradition of Spanish education that has welcomed thousands of students to Guatemala for nearly five decades. Learn Spanish, experience Guatemala, and create memories that last a lifetim
