Course description

The Intensive Course at Chat Japanese Tokyo is designed for those who want more than just a classroom experience—it’s for travelers who want to dive headfirst into the local culture while rapidly building their communication skills.

This course is the ultimate combination of our 1-Week and Weekend courses, designed to foster deep linguistic and cultural connections.

Weekdays: Real-World Exploration
Your mornings (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM) start in local cafes located in authentic neighborhoods that tourists rarely visit. After learning practical phrases in this cozy setting, you immediately head out on a City Tour. This isn't a lecture; it’s a living classroom where you practice real conversations in the streets, shops, and markets of Tokyo.

Weekends: Cultural Connection
The experience deepens on the weekends. After a brief language brush-up, you’ll join two distinct cultural tours (one each day). These vary weekly—from the meditative art of shodō (calligraphy) to the hands-on fun of sushi-making. These activities are designed to build more than just skills; they create shared values and lasting bonds between you and the Japanese culture.

The Result: A Lasting Bond
By blending daily practical usage with weekend cultural immersion, this course offers a holistic journey. You won't just learn a language; you will build linguistic, cultural, and personal bridges that transform your relationship with Japan forever.
